DESCRIPTION:\nTeachers, be sure to take our 6 minute teacher training before signing up for the event.\n\n\n\nOnly teachers can sign up for IGNITE events. If you are a student, please let the IGNITE Teacher at your school know that you are interested in this event. If you don’t have IGNITE at your school, please email contactus@ignite-worldwide.org to get started!\n\n\n\nJoin a team of STEM professionals at Microsoft for an interactive workshop! \n\n\n\nGirls and non-binary students will learn 21st century STEM skills and work closely with Microsoft professionals for a hands-on activity.  After the workshop, students will hear from an inspirational panel of women who work at Microsoft and engage in a questions and answers discussion. \n\n\n\nLearn to Code with Microsoft Small Basic (Web Version)- Choose from a variety of fun coding workshops that can be adjusted to fit different experience levels. Types of coding workshops on Small Basic include ‘Program Your Own Ping Pong Game’, ‘Teach Your Computer to Paint’, and ‘Program Your Own Guessing Game’.\n
