We will send you room number and check in details once you confirm.\n\n\n\nMany of the girls will likely be sophomores and in The Green Academy ( https://www.woodsidehs.org/Academics/Departments/Green-Academy/index.html ) at Woodside High School which focuses on Plant and Soil Science. If you work in a field where you impact the planet, students want to hear from you! Example fields include: Agriculture, Environment (air, water, soil), Green Building, Green Trades, satellite mapping, and more!\n\n\n\nIGNITE aims to introduce girls/non-binary students to high wage/high demand STEM fields where womxn are underrepresented, such as technology and engineering. Womxn working in these fields are highly encouraged to sign up as panelists!\n\n\n\nThis is an incredible opportunity to change a girl’s life! In order to make sure the girls get the most out of the experience, panelists are required to take our new 2021 video training ( https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdqo0u1AHDCbkC-PISjxE6Pc5IryFV2SKOtX7usDiI1Mjs7EQ/viewform?usp=sf_link ) and complete one volunteer coaching session ( https://www.igniteworldwide.org/events/ignite-panelist-coaching-session/ ) by April 18th.\n\n\n\nNote: We want to ensure students are exposed to a variety of opportunities in STEM.
