DESCRIPTION:\nInspire IGNITE Students in STEM!\n\n\n\nIGNITE aims to increase gender diversity in high-wage/high-demand STEM fields, including engineering and skilled trades. Women, nonbinary, transgender, agender, and genderqueer professionals working as fabricators, welders, and in related roles are highly encouraged to sign up as panelists! Those who work with welders and fabricators, including electricians and others in technical roles, are also encouraged to join and speak with students!\n\n\n\nWe are looking for a Tech Host to provide technical support; the Tech Host will meet with our IGNITE organizer for a 1-hour scheduled training before your first event.\n\n\n\nVolunteer panelists are required to review our 10-min Panelist Training Video at least once per school year and attend a live, interactive Virtual Panelist Coaching Session if they have not attended one in the past. Training must be completed by January 5.\n
