DESCRIPTION:\nEducators, be sure to take our short educator training before signing up for this event.\n\n\n\nOnly teachers, counselors, or adult staff members at a school can sign up for IGNITE events. If you are a student, please let the IGNITE Educator at your school know that you are interested in this event. If you don’t have IGNITE at your school, please email contactus@ignite-worldwide.org to get started!\n\n\n\nCome visit Bates Technical College Central Campus to see Various STEM programs, meet instructors and industry professionals, and see the wonderful campus!\n\n\n\nStudents will get an overview of Bates Technical College before going into breakout sessions where they will get hands-on experience to explore a variety of STEM subjects with instructors and college students, with possible topics including Cybersecurity, Biotechnology, Mechanical Engineering, and more. They’ll also get to see students in the programs and other areas of the college like their Associated Student Government and Campus Life and Activities! After lunch, there will be an opportunity to hear from and ask questions to a panel of career professionals, and at the end of the day leave campus with some Bates swag.\n\n\n\n\nSwag includes: Pens, Note pads, buttons, bags\n\n\n\nLunch will be provided\n\n\n\n\n\n
