Explore the inside of the Rocky Reach Dam powerhouse and learn how your power is made. Walk across the generation floor, down inside a turbine pit, across the transformer deck, and across the spillway. This is a great opportunity to see and feel the energy of hydropower and learn about careers in the hydro industry.
The Chelan County Public Utility District (PUD) is a not-for-profit customer owned, locally regulated, utility provided. In addition to clean, renewable, reliable, and affordable utility services including electricity, water, and fiber-optic internet, our PUD provides free parks, environmental stewardship programs and educational outreach.
