IGNITE Worldwide hosted an IGNITE Panel for 22 students in grades 3-5 at Paschal Sherman Indian School on September 9th. Julianna Bock, Graphic Designer at the Omak Chronicle, and Tiffany Circle, Chief Information Officer at the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Tribes, led the discussion. They highlighted how creativity and technology intersect in their careers, connecting these ideas to hands-on jobs that fascinated the students, such as plumbing and electrical work.
The students asked thoughtful questions about career timelines and daily responsibilities, with Panelists encouraging them to stay open to new opportunities and explore careers that combine their interests. Educators praised the event, noting how it sparked students’ curiosity and expanded their understanding of possible future paths.
