About IGNITE Career Launch
The IGNITE Career Launch Program is a 12-week mentorship program designed to connect young women and gender-diverse individuals who are 18 and older with experienced STEM professionals. The main goal is to provide them with valuable insights, support, and networking opportunities to foster their continued growth and success in STEM.
Mentees and Mentors can expect:
- Meeting for at least 6 sessions.
- 1 hour each session (recommended).
- A full 12-week guideline to help lead sessions.
- Scheduling these sessions within the program timeline.
- Meetings held via video calling (i.e., Zoom), or, if the mentee and mentor agree, in-person in a public space.
