Designed to align with state learning goals and Career and Technical Education (CTE) standards, IGNITE supports teachers in creating safe, engaging learning environments that prepare diverse students for the workplace, experiential learning, and industry-relevant education. Participants strengthen their instructional skills in creating an inclusive school environment, creating a community where girls and gender-diverse students are engaged in STEM, and becoming a guide for girls and gender-diverse students to pursue STEM — all while modeling professional attributes that empower student success.

Through IGNITE, educators not only gain professional development credit but also become part of a statewide learning community dedicated to equity, innovation, and real-world STEM exploration.
