Everett Students at Coding Workshop

In-person Volunteers Needed – Coding Workshop at Everett Middle School in San Francisco

Inspire girls and non-binary students in person in San Francisco!

IGNITE aims to introduce girls/non-binary students to high wage/high demand STEM fields where womxn are underrepresented, such as technology and engineering. Womxn working in these fields are highly encouraged to sign up as panelists!

This is an incredible opportunity to change a girl’s life! In order to make sure the girls get the most out of the experience, panelists are required to review our 2021 online training at least once per school year and attend a Panelist Coaching Session if they have not attended one in the past. Training must be completed by November 26.

Note: We want to ensure students are exposed to a variety of opportunities in STEM. If your job is similar to another panelist who has already signed up, we may ask you to participate in the next event instead.

Vaccination and Mask Policy: district policy requires that all volunteers have proof of COVID-19 vaccination upon arrival and wear a mask while on school grounds. Additional protocols may be communicated prior to the event.
