In-Person Panels
IGNITE is here to support you throughout your preparation and Panel experience. You will have an IGNITE Program contact to support you with training, identifying events, and possibly setting up events with your company.
Your primary contact for logistical questions about your In-Person event depends on what type of event you are participating in.
- Standalone Panels take place at K-postsecondary schools by Educator request
- We will contact you directly via email with logistical details (arrival, time, exact location, etc.)
- Field Trips take place at company sites, as scheduled by companies. Your primary contact for logistical questions will be your company event lead(s).
For at-school events – In-Person Panels:
- Remember that you’re entering a school environment and disruptions may occur. If there are any disruptions that detract from your experience, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
- Please bring anything you need to feel comfortable (water, snacks, etc.)—and don’t forget your visual aids and any company swag you want to give to students!
