Signing up for Panels

There are two ways to volunteer as an IGNITE panelist:

  1. As an individual volunteer at a standalone IGNITE Panel held virtually or at a local school. All opportunities are posted on our website and available for you to view at any time.
  2. You can also speak on an IGNITE Panel as part of an IGNITE Event hosted by your company, including In-Person Field Trips and Workshops, and Virtual Work-Based Learning Experiences. If you’re volunteering as a Lead Panelist, you will moderate the Panel by asking IGNITE-supplied prompt questions and sharing your responses along with your fellow panelists. Keep an eye out in this training for additional guidance, and don’t worry—IGNITE will provide a script for you to follow! Panelists who are comfortable moderating and/or have served as IGNITE Panelists in the past are encouraged to volunteer as Lead Panelists.
