Field Trip at MacDonald Miller Facility Solutions (Seattle, WA – Middle School)

MacDonald Miller Facility Solutions specializes in construction and HVAC. They were recently nominated and winner of on of Washington’s Best Places to Work 2025. The company is growing exponentially over Washington and Oregon.
This field trip will explore what MacDonald Miller Facility Solutions does, their goals, and the many jobs one can do in the Trades. Students will also each make a vision board while reflecting on prompts like: “what is my career choice?” “what does professional success in my career look like?” and “Future me in 5 years.” Students will color their boards and use magazines to illustrate their thoughts, considering STEM as a career, their personality, and where they are in their education process.
- All attendees will receive MacDonald Miller Facility Solutions swag!
- Attendees will need to fill out a waiver.
- PPE required: MacDonald Miller Facility Solutions will provide headset and glasses. Students and chaperones are required to wear shirts that cover their shoulders, full pants, (no skin exposure) and full shoes (no toe or heel exposure).
- Lunch is provided.
