Virtual Show-and-Tell Mini Panel (Grades K-5)

This event is open to grades K-5. Educators, be sure to take our short 2022-2023 educator training before signing up.

Only teachers, counselors, or adult staff members at a school can sign up for IGNITE events. If you are a student, please let the IGNITE Teacher at your school know that you are interested in this event. If you don’t have IGNITE at your school, please email contactus@ignite-worldwide.org to get started!

During this IGNITE virtual mini-panel, elementary IGNITE Students will meet two STEM professionals who will share their stories and show off visuals about their jobs, like work uniforms or projects they’re involved with. Students will then participate in a live question and answer session with the panelists!

Speakers include:

• Casey Burt, Flight Test Engineering Analysis Program Lead at Boeing – Casey works with airplane engines, and she inspects the engine for every take off and landing to make sure the plane is still in good shape!
• Bailey Bercik, Product Manager at Microsoft – Bailey’s job is to help keep big companies safe from hackers!
