How has IGNITE Worldwide inspired you?
The impact that IGNITE can have on a student is enormous. When IGNITE is at a school, female enrollment in computer science and engineering classes goes from being under 5% to 50% and above! After a panel I attended, 89% of students were more interested in STEM! It’s a great feeling to know that you can make such a positive difference in someone’s journey.
What would you like our wider community to know about IGNITE Worldwide?
IGNITE Worldwide inspires girls to become our world’s future STEM innovators and leaders through life-changing events like career panels, field trips with industry partners, hands-on workshops, and conferences. I’d highly encourage others to volunteer to speak on a panel, donate, or bring IGNITE to your school or workplace and help contribute to the next generation of STEM leaders.
