Michael Lutes is an experienced tech leader with an expertise in program and product management in software and hardware sectors as well as supply chain and logistics. He has a talent for delivering complex and insightful products on tight timelines to meet clients needs, integrating big data and customer feedback to iterate quickly, and to understand how to scale and automate to get leaders useful information to make decisions quickly. Michael has spent years refining data feedback and voice of the customer models, to understand how the best companies recruit and retain highly effective employees, and where levers exist to adjust and steer. Michael is an avid ally of diversity and inclusion and brings a passion for veteran outreach and support for veterans with disabilities. He has driven efforts and spoken across the country on the value of including this often-untapped resource into the private sector. Michael is CEO and Founder of Vets for All a company dedicated to the support of veterans transitioning out of the military and into the fast paced workforce of today.
